세일즈를 넘어, 공감의 공간으로 공간디자인의 본질은 그곳에 머물 사람의 마음을 움직이는 데 있습니다. 우리는 'LAVIE:UM 하우징 갤러리'를 계획하며 단순히 상품을 판매하는 세일즈 센터의 기능을 넘어, 브랜드의 철학을 온몸으로 체험하는 공간을 그렸습니다. 고객이 이곳에 들어서는 순간부터 브랜드가 지향하는 삶의 태도에 깊이 공감하고, 감성적인 교감을 나눌 수 있기를 바랐기 때문입니다.
한강, 바라보는 풍경에서 곁에 두는 일상으로 우리는 ‘한강이 곧 우리의 어메니티(Amenity)’라고 정의했습니다. 한강은 단순히 창밖으로 바라보는 조망의 대상이 아닙니다. 강변을 거닐고, 물결을 느끼며, 그 곁에서 삶의 에피소드를 만들어가는 소중한 일상 그 자체입니다. 우리는 이 아름다운 사이트(Site)가 가진 서사를 실내로 끌어들여, ‘인공과 자연의 공존’, ‘이성과 감성의 조우’, 그리고 ‘예술적 영감이 흐르는 공간’을 완성하고자 했습니다.
달빛과 윤슬 (Ripple of Moonlight) 여정의 시작인 1층 웰컴 갤러리는 ‘전이(Transition)’와 ‘사색’의 공간입니다. 복잡한 도시의 소음을 뒤로하고 들어선 이곳에는 한강변의 고요한 밤풍경이 펼쳐집니다. 은은한 달빛과 강물 위 부서지는 윤슬의 이미지를 서정적으로 연출하여 방문객의 마음을 차분히 가라앉힙니다. 우리는 이곳에서 불필요한 체류 기능을 과감히 배제했습니다. 대신 갤러리 본연의 기능과 필수적인 프라이빗 공간만을 남겨, 이미지와 감성을 오롯이 전달하는 데 집중했습니다. 이는 곧 2층 이상의 공간에 더 풍성한 콘텐츠를 담아내기 위한 전략적인 비움이기도 합니다.
강변의 야경 (Midnight of Downtown) 계단을 오르면 방문객은 도시의 화려함과 강변의 깊이가 공존하는 2층으로 안내됩니다. 이곳은 상품에 대한 이성적인 정보와 감성적인 체험이 교차하는 지점입니다. 인포메이션을 기점으로 동선은 자연스럽게 흐르며, 모형 갤러리와 영상 홍보관을 통해 브랜드의 비전을 공감각적으로 전달받습니다. 특히 우리는 도시형 생활주택과 오피스텔이라는 서로 다른 목적을 가진 고객들의 동선을 기존 코어를 활용해 유연하게 분리했습니다. 또한, 최상층 스카이라운지의 분위기를 미리 경험할 수 있는 ‘프라이빗 라운지’를 조성하여, 훗날 고객이 실제로 소유하게 될 특별한 풍광과 여유를 미리 선사하고자 했습니다.
서정적인 강변의 산책 (Take a walk Riverside) 공간의 절정인 3층은 마치 강변의 산책로를 걷는 듯한 서정적 무드를 자아냅니다. 자연을 테마로 한 인스톨레이션이 중앙 홀에 자리 잡아, 유닛을 관람하는 동선 위에서 자연스럽게 예술을 관조하도록 유도합니다. 특히 복층 세대의 시원한 개방감(Double Height)이 돋보이는 공간에는 이태수 작가의 석재 조형물을 배치했습니다. 공중에 부유하는 듯한 돌의 물성은 하이엔드 오피스텔이 지향하는 무게감 있는 품격과 예술적 가치를 상징적으로 보여줍니다.
LAVIE:UM 하우징 갤러리는 이처럼 층별로 이어지는 시퀀스를 통해 한강변의 아름다운 서사를 완성합니다. 이곳은 단순한 집이 아닌, 프리미엄 리버사이드 라이프스타일을 향유하는 ‘영감의 공간’으로 기억될 것입니다
Design Philosophy The essence of spatial design lies in moving the hearts of those who dwell within. For the 'LAVIE:UM Housing Gallery,' we envisioned a space that transcends the function of a mere sales center. We aimed to create an immersive environment where visitors physically experience the brand's philosophy. From the moment they enter, we want them to deeply resonate with the lifestyle the brand advocates and engage in an emotional dialogue.
Concept: Han River as an Amenity From a view to look at, to a lifestyle to keep close. We defined the Han River not just as a view outside the window, but as 'Amenity' itself. It is a precious daily reality where one strolls along the riverside, feels the ripples, and creates life's episodes. We brought the narrative of this beautiful site indoors to complete a space where 'Artificiality and Nature coexist,' 'Reason and Emotion meet,' and 'Artistic Inspiration flows.'
Floor Plan & Spatial Sequence
Ripple of Moonlight (Transition & Contemplation) The journey begins at the 1st-floor Welcome Gallery, a space of 'Transition' and 'Contemplation.' Leaving the urban noise behind, visitors are greeted by the serene nightscape of the Han River. The lyrical interplay of soft moonlight and shimmering ripples (Yunseul) calms the mind. We boldly removed unnecessary dwelling functions here, leaving only the essential gallery features and private spaces to focus solely on delivering imagery and emotion. This strategic 'emptiness' heightens the anticipation for the richer content awaiting on the upper floors.
Midnight of Downtown (Experience & Vision) Ascending the stairs, visitors are guided to the 2nd floor where urban glamour meets the depth of the riverside. This is the intersection of rational information and emotional experience. Starting from the information desk, the flow naturally leads to the model gallery and video zone, delivering the brand's vision synesthetically. We utilized the existing core to flexibly separate the circulation paths for Urban Housing and Officetel clients. Additionally, a 'Private Lounge' allows visitors to pre-experience the skyline atmosphere of the top floor, offering a taste of the exclusive scenery and leisure they will possess.
Take a Walk Riverside (Lyrical Promenade) The climax of the space, the 3rd floor, evokes the lyrical mood of walking along a riverside promenade. A nature-themed installation in the central hall encourages visitors to contemplate art naturally while moving between units. In the double-height space, highlighting the openness of the duplex units, we placed a stone sculpture by artist Lee Tae-soo. The floating physicality of the stone symbolizes the weighty dignity and artistic value that this high-end officetel aspires to.
Conclusion Through this floor-by-floor sequence, LAVIE:UM Housing Gallery completes the beautiful narrative of the Han River. It will be remembered not just as a house, but as an 'Inspirational Space' where one enjoys a premium riverside lifestyle.
